The owner reached out to me after he heard what happened below, apologized and offered me free sessions.
I went for my first treatment yesterday and I am happy with the care that was provided. It was highly informative and Dr. Taylor made sure I was comfortable throughout my first consultation.
I am looking forward to my next visit and also trying the other services they provide.

The place is immaculate and the staff helpful and accommodating.

March 8
I booked an appointment on March 1 and on the day of received a call from their office saying the chiropractor was sick. So we had moved my appointment to March 8 - today. Upon arriving there I was greeted by the receptionist and she looked perplexed when I gave her my name. They didn’t have me in their calendar and could not even accommodate me today. Waste of my time and effort booking, re-booking and even filling up the patient intake form for this kind of customer care. If I could give zero stars I would.
